My Approach 

I approach my sessions with a holistic, mind, body, and spirit. Every session varies based on each client's needs and my goal is to help you be in tune with yourself and prioritize your needs becoming your authentic self.

First Session expectations

I want to make sure our time together is restorative and intentionally dedicated to healing emotional wounds. I will lead you through the journey of self-discovery.

Specialties and Clinical Interests

I specialize in working with adults and teenagers with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, aging, relationship and codependency issues, somatic symptoms, cultural adjustment, and addictive behaviors.


I'm currently accepting: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Aetna, Oxford, and Cigna.


My sessions are delivered via telehealth utilizing a HIPPA-compliant platform, practicing in New Jersey and New York.
